Cathy is a climber, author and motivational speaker who lives in Andorra. She will be making a brief visit to Bristol to tell the story of the Eagle Ski Club’s successful ski ascent of Mount Logan - 2nd highest peak in N America, famous for its bad weather, and attempted far less often than Denali.

The Nova Scotia is a well-known Bristol landmark, situated at the western end of the Floating Harbour, with ample local parking and good beer. 
Meet for beer and food from 6.30pm; lectures start at 7.30pm. The AC SW regional organisers are Tony Westcott and Chris Storie.
