Inspired by the Club’s 7 Ruskin watercolour drawings George, who is an important School of London artist, visited the Vanoise and Chamonix in March/April 2006, following in Ruskin’s footsteps, to produce 20 works in oil, and then in October to Ruskin’s home at Brantwood, Coniston to paint a further series.  The results, together with our Ruskin watercolours, will be shown :

1. At Michael Richardson’s ART SPACE GALLERY, 84 St. Peter’s St., Islington.  Jun15th-July14th 2007.
2. The RUSKIN LIBRARY, University of Lancaster.  11Aug-21Oct 2007.
3. Brantwood, Coniston.  Late Oct until the New Year.     (plus image).
