The AGM and Dinner

The AGM is at 5pm and Annual Dinner at 7pm
with guest speaker Catherine Destivelle

Tickets for the Dinner are £30 (excluding drinks)

If you have a Paypal account the payment can be taken direct from that. Alternatively there is an option in Paypal to use a credit card.
If you go down that route you don't have to enter card details every time, so it's fasrer.

If you select the Credit Card option without logging on you can pay this way even if you don't have a Paypal account,
although you then have to enter card details each time.
If you are bringing guests, please add names under 'Special Instructions'.
Tickets will be e-mailed to your registered address.

Accommodation is available at The Palace Hotel at a special rate of £90 per double/twin room per night.

40 rooms have been reserved for the Club until 2nd November, after that it is booking as available.
There is normally a parking charge. This is waived for members staying at the hotel and those attending the AGM/Dinner.
