Getting to the Club House

Nearest Tube: The Club House is a 10 minute walk From Old Street Tube station. When you come out of the station follow the signs for EXIT 3; once outside (up a ramp) carry straight on (Old Street) to a big road junction (with Great Eastern Road) and a pedestrian crossing. Cross over and take the smaller road to the left of Rivington House (the road has no name sign, it is Rivington Street) until it crosses Charlotte Road - turn right and the Alpine Club is on your left.

London Buses: Daytime buses run until about 0030. Night buses run from about 0030. The following bus stops are close to the club (see map above): Ravey Street (2 minute walk), Curtain Road (5 minute walk), Coronet Street (5 minute walk), Shoreditch Town Hall Old Street (5 minute walk). Club House Office Opening Hours

The office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 5.00pm. It is closed for Bank Holidays, over Easter and Christmas, and for staff holidays. The Administrator is also at the Club to assist members until 7pm on evenings when there is a lecture.

We regret that staff holidays and sickness can also result in the office being closed, occasionally at short notice, particularly on a Monday or Friday.
