The Alpine Club, the world’s first mountaineering club, was founded in 1857. For over 150 years, members have been at the leading edge of worldwide mountaineering development and exploration.

Becoming a MemberWe are saddened to receive news of the death on the 18th April of our member, Bob Allen.
A memorial service will be held at St Oswalds Church, Grasmere, on 10th May at 1pm.
